W. Carey Crane III, Founding Partner A longtime conservation expert, Mr. Crane comes from a family that has been active at the top levels of the American conservation movement for over fifty years and has been the lead participant in large public/private partnerships. Prior to founding C2I, Mr. Crane was founder and co-host of GreenWave Radio, a nationally syndicated environmental talk radio show. In 2002, the GreenWave radio show received the nation’s most distinguished conservation award, the Chevron Texaco Conservation Award. In his capacity as a conservation and environmental expert, Mr. Crane has been active on numerous foundation and non-profit boards during the last twenty-five years. He presently serves on the board of the Isaac Walton League of America and the Board of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Inger and Walter Rice Center for Environmental Life Sciences. Internationally, Mr. Crane serves on Board of Directors of REC (Regional Environmental Center) Moldova, which acts as the bank of conservation for that country. |

Jerry “Dutch” Van Voorhis, Chief Executive Officer At C21, Mr. Van Voorhis has been responsible for managing the GreenTrees project development and assembling and integrating the design and operational team. An economic historian by background with a focus on the structure and growth of the aerospace industry, Mr.Van Voorhis has experience in public-private sector relationships and successfully leading institutions. He served for 16 years as Head of School at Chatham Hall, a nationally recognized boarding school, and immediately prior to joining C2I was Vice President for Development at Shenandoah University. He is known for his work in leadership, innovation, and fundraising. Throughout his various tenures, he helped create exponential financial and programmatic growth and instill transformation in character, market and reputation. Mr. Van Voorhis has an AB from The College of William and Mary, and two degrees from The Johns Hopkins University. |

Chandler Van Voorhis, Managing Partner & Chief Development Officer Widely acknowledged as one of the foremost experts in the business world of conservation and carbon markets, Mr. Van Voorhis’ primary focus is on the business development and investor relations for C2I. Mr. Van Voorhis sits on the advisory boards of the Environmental Resource Trust and Corporate Strategy Today, and serves on the Board of the Clean Power Foundation . In 2007, Mr. Van Voorhis was the Byrd Business School Distinguished Lecture at Shenandoah University. He is the former President of the Alliance for Environmental Education, an international non-profit that played a key role in getting environmental education in K-8 over the last 30 years. His contributions to numerous books and publications include Energy Central and Euromoney’s Sustainable Business Investors, "Finding New Ways to Think About the Environment and Economy", and Global Climate Change: A Senior-Level Debate at the Intersection of Economics, Strategy, Technology, Science, Politics and International Negotiation published in 1998. Mr. Van Voorhis is also a member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America. Along with Carey Crane, Mr. Van Voorhis was co-host of GreenWave radio and recipient of the Chevron Texaco Conservation Award. |

Linda Taylor, Chief Financial Officer Ms. Taylor’s career includes work at Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Morgan Stanley, prior to becoming an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Her experience includes serving as Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer of the United Mine Workers Health and Retirement Funds and being an investment banker with Saranow Company, with offices in Bethesda, Maryland and Chicago, Illinois. Saranow Company specialized in sourcing, buying and managing investments in private companies. Ms. Taylor has also been in private equity consulting and has headed two private biotech ventures. She has serves as a professional director of the Legg Mason Mutual Funds, and the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church, USA and is presently a director of the multi-billion dollar JP Morgan Private Equity Fund of Funds and member of Vassar College’s Endowment Investment Committee. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Ms. Taylor holds an MBA from Harvard University and BA in mathematics from Vassar College. |

Page Gravely, Senior Director for Landowner Enrollment, Marketing Mr. Gravely brings years of business development, implementation, sales and marketing background to C2I, with an expertise in implementing and growing start-up programs and companies. Prior to joining C2I, Mr. Gravely was Senior Manager, Public Sector Marketing and Business Development of Red Hat, Inc., a leading global distributor of Linux operating software and Open Source technologies. He also served as Manager of their Global Business Development. Within the industry, he served on the Board of Directors, Education Division, Software Industry and Information Association; as co-chair of the Post-Secondary Council and the Open Source Working Group; and as a guest speaker at Industry Business Summits. In addition, his sales experience includes LearningStation, Inc.; Cushman & Wakefield; and Lanier Worldwide. He is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. |

Bob Misso, President of Big River Cottonwood Nursery and GreenTrees Forestry Manager With a degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management from Louisiana State University, Mr. Miso brings more than 30 years of experience in woodland management and conservation, having been responsible for programs that reforested over one million acres. Prior to joining C2I, Mr. Misso served as the Assistant National Wildlife Biologist with USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRSC). His experience includes development of technical, policy, budget, legislative and program materials for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. He was also responsible for the development of easement and fee title transfer programs and documents. Mr. Misso also served as the Assistant Secretary for Wildlife in the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. His career achievements include initiating and overseeing the establishment of 5 national wildlife refuges, the implementation of the Partners for Fish and Wildlife program in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the formulation and implementation of the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) and Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program (WHIP), both of which are regarded as highly successful conservation programs. |
